Description
- Adjust the Blade: Set the blade depth using the lock nut, ensuring it only cuts through the backing and not the padding underneath.
- Position the Guide: Place the cutter’s guide against the wall or along the baseboard to ensure a straight, consistent cut.
- Select Blade Side: Most cutters allow for left- or right-handed use; choose the side that allows you to cut closer to the yarn edge.
- Cut in One Motion: Push the cutter forward in a smooth, continuous motion to avoid creating jagged edges.
- Maintain Sharpness: Rotate the double-edged blade (up to four times) when the cut becomes ragged.
